We adapt our activities to the latest safety measures. Read below how we prepare your visit so that everyone can enjoy your night out worries.
Before your visit
Is the ticket shop open?
It is open from Mon till Fri from 10.00 to 18.00, on Sat from 14.00 to 18.00. You can book tickets online in ouronline ticket shop, open 24/7.
Can I pick up my tickets at the ticketbox before the show?
We ask you to reserve your tickets online as much as possible, and to save them on your smartphone, or to bring the printed tickets with you so that our ticket control can proceed contactless.
Why do I have to provide details of everyone who comes with me?
This is mandatory to enable contact tracing. The lists will be removed 30 days after the performance.
Where are my seats?
Our venues are unnumbered, so you will not know in advance where you are seated. Our team of ushers will accompany you to your place respecting the necessary distance.
Can I come to the theatre with people who are not in my bubble?
You can. Please let our team of ushers know so that they can ensure that the necessary distance is respected between you as well.
What if I have trouble hearing, seeing or walking?
Contact us, we will make sure that you get suitable places.
What if a performance is cancelled or the capacity is reduced again?
In case of cancellation, we contact ticket holders personally. We guarantee a quick refund in that case.
How do I stay informed?
Preceding the week before your visit, we will send you a service email with all the information listed, and we will also start text messaging.
Do I have to wear a mouth mask when I come to the theatre?
Yes, a mouth mask is mandatory from entry to exit, and during the performance. It is also mandatory to wear a mouth mask in the centre of Ghent, where our venues are located. Can't wear a mouth mask for medical reasons? Report it in advance at our ticket desk. We will provide you with suitable seats.
Is it possible to disinfect my hands?
Yes, we provide disinfectant gel so that you can disinfect your hands when entering.
How can I be sure that the necessary distance is guaranteed?
We ask you to come 30 minutes before the start of the performance so that we can spread the audience as much as possible. In NTGent café and The Foyer you can order a drink. Once inside the theatre, we will provide a clear signage. Our venues are not numbered, our reception staff will accompany you to your seat in the theatre, taking the necessary distance into account. We ask you not to leave your seat until the end of the performance.
Can I use a cloakroom?
No, we do not offer a cloakroom. Please keep in mind that you will have to keep your coats and bags with you in the theatre.
Will the theatre be disinfected after each performance?
The theatre is thoroughly cleaned after each performance. Surfaces such as handles and handrails are also disinfected.
Can I use the toilets?
Yes you can. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after use.
Can I come if I have a cold or other covid symptoms?
If you have or have had symptoms in the past 7 days, we ask you not to come to the show.
