The creation of 'Living Apartment Together', the new play by Yves Degryse, BERLIN & NTGent is in full swing.
Premiering in the beginning of May 2025, Living Apartment Together combines the touching life stories of the inhabitants of a flat block with a technological tour de force. The show is a life-size video projection on a facade in twilight.
How to shoot a film that shows five different appartements and a stairway at once? Well, by building the decors one by one in a black box, week after week, each of them at a different heights to ensure the perfect perspective at all times. A feat that demands the utmost from set-builders, technicians and cameramen.
No art without passion!
