NTGent is an open house, accessible to everyone.
In order to be able to offer you the best service, we ask you to always provide all relevant information when booking your tickets. Before the show begins, during the break and when leaving the auditorium and the building, you can approach the staff with your questions and for any help.
People who want to make use of our accessibility services are requested to order their tickets by telephone, email or at the desk. Please state clearly which service you would like to use, so that we can provide you with customised service.

Are you coming to NTGent as a person with autism (or as a supervisor of)? Then download one of our Social Stories.
What is a Social Story? A tool (originally developed by Carol Gray) that describes a social situation with the aim of providing insight into social norms, in which the story corresponds to the specific situation of a person with autism. We have developed Social Stories about attending a theatre performance and about following a guided tour.
All Social Stories can be used in preparation for a visit to NTGent, both individually and in a class/group context. Social Stories were initially developed for children with autism spectrum disorder.
Currently only available in Dutch.
