Newsy Today: "Luk Perceval's adaptation of Jon Fosse's "Trilogy""

Luk Perceval | 28 October 2019
"At Luk Perceval's recent production in Frankfurt of the religious narrative trilogy "Trilogy" by Jon Fosse, one is initially overwhelmed by the boldly simple composition of the stage space. Wrapped in dense fog, four rowboats lie on rainy ground. From far behind, out of the half-light, a stooping woman appears with a trembling hand, whispering to herself, seeming to speak more to herself, falling into a Gollum voice every now and then, croaking, flipping herself over, breathing hard. Then she begins to tell. Describes the environment, the land, the gravity of the heart where its story takes place, on a Norwegian coastal town, in the cold late autumn."
