Until our hearts stop - Meg Stuart/ Damaged Goods & Münchner Kammerspiele

TICKETS

Until Our Hearts Stop Maarten Vanden Abeele 5 Maarten Vanden Abeele
Six performers and three musicians meet in a place that could be either a nightclub or an arena: a shady, underground refuge, a place of desire and illusion.

To the music of throbbing basses, piano and percussion – a mixture of improvisation and composition – they make hopeful attempts to meet impossible deadlines.

For UNTIL OUR HEARTS STOP, Meg Stuart was inspired by characters who have withdrawn from reality and created their own highly inventive control system. The performers embody these ‘freaky insiders’, who connect with one another in their own, awkward way. They find themselves in a state somewhere between naivety and despair. In a world in which they seem to be disappearing, they feel the need for different manifestations or a new reality.
