NTGent is looking for a Digital Communications Expert (part-time, fixed term, m/f/x)

​NTGent is seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for culture and digital impact. As Digital Communications Expert, you will be part of the communications team within Studio Verbeelding. You will contribute to developing a long-term digital vision for the organisation, translating it into smart campaigns and measurable actions.​

What is expected of you?​

• You define and analyse digital KPIs, and translate insights into concrete actions.​
• You set up campaigns aimed at engagement and audience growth, including retargeting and conversion funnels.​
• You have knowledge of, among others, Google Analytics, SEO/SEA, and are familiar with tools such as Tag Manager.​
• You actively contribute ideas regarding digital infrastructure and the connections between CRM, planning, and databases.​
• You keep up with trends in AI, tech, and communication, and translate these for the team.​
