NTGent is looking for an Artistic Process Facilitator & Community Builder (full-time, fixed term, m/f/x)

​Theatre at NTGent is about more than what happens on stage. We are looking for an Artistic Process Facilitator and Community Builder who helps build bridges between our artistic work and the city. Someone who initiates participatory projects, forges new partnerships, and ensures sustainable connections between artists, audiences, and communities.​

What do we expect from you?​

• You develop participatory projects from concept to implementation, with attention to care, inclusion, and accessibility.​
• You actively build a network of partners and communities, and represent NTGent in the city.​
• You are a creative storyteller who shares NTGent’s story outwardly, and brings stories from within back to the heart of the organisation.​
• You think critically about urban and social themes such as diversity, intersectionality, and care.​
• You are well-organised and have experience working in cultural or socio-artistic contexts.​
