Yuni Mahieu (1988), obtained a master's degree in Audiovisual Arts from LUCA School of Arts in Brussels (2014). She then collaborated in numerous film productions, theatre productions and performances. From 2014 to 2021, she worked in the theatre collective K.A.K. With this collective, she made several performances on location. These included making Life Death & Television, a performance in the old Sonar TV studios about television and how it has shaped our worldview. Alongside this collective practice and other short collaborations, Mahieu also continues to build an individual artistic trajectory, always exploring the boundary between fiction and reality.
