Offline privacy
Paper forms and on-site registrations
When you complete a form on site or provide your details for a registration, booking, participation or communication, this personal data may be processed for the purpose for which it was provided.
Security and access control
In the interests of the safety of visitors, staff, artists and infrastructure, NTGent may process personal data relating to access control, venue organisation or incident follow-up, insofar as this is necessary and proportionate.
