How much madness can you cover in one performance? How many improbable events can you justify in your own head? In Not Quichot, six storytellers commemorate their good friend Q, but who was Q’s best friend?
Through tall stories, they take you on their adventures with Q across the whole and half of Europe, through the mountains, forests, past farmer protests and burning libraries. No other duo than writer Joachim Robbrecht and director Sarah Moeremans can so classily crash a classic like Don Quichot into a wall only to take the strongest elements from between the debris.

The immensely talented and fearless Kwestro hangs out of a bus, rolls down a staircase and falls into the bushes, among other things. And so she steals the show with her physical, sensual and hilarious performance.
