Blind and partially sighted

Come to one of our performances with audio description. Assistance dogs are welcome.

With the help of our Theatre Tablet, we are taking a big step forward in making our performances accessible to people who are blind or visually impaired. We are doing this by offering a pre-recorded audio description which is played during the performance via a tablet.

- Assistance dogs are welcome in our theatres. When booking your ticket, indicate whether you will be accompanied by an assistance dog and/or would like our reception staff to help you during your visit to one of our venues.
- The stairs of the public area of our Schouwburg are fitted with studs: a tactile warning device for the blind and visually impaired.

With thanks to Lotus Bakeries for the placement of the nubs, and Fonds Elia (King Baudouin Foundation) for the purchase of audio script material.
