We're switching to Tixly!

You can order tickets in different ways:

- Online via the red 'tickets' buttons on our website.
- At the ticket counter (open Mon to Fri 10am-6pm and Sat 2pm-6pm) (Sint-Baafsplein 17, 9000 Ghent)
- By phone (09 225 01 01) or by e-mail (tickets@ntgent.be)

LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT

To order tickets, press the red button 'tickets' on the right. Here you get the choice to select your preferred date. You first log in or create a new account by clicking on 'log in' at the top right.

Already had an account?

You can log in with your existing Ticketmatic account. To do so, enter your e-mail address of the existing account (1) and then click on 'change password' (2). Now you will get a new screen and there you enter your e-mail address and click on 'send reset e-mail'. You will receive an e-mail in your mailbox to reset your password.

You will now see a screen with all your details, take a moment to check them.

Does the system not recognise your e-mail address? Then we will ask you to create a new account (see explanation below).

Don't have an account yet? 

You can create a new account by clicking on the 'create account' button and following the steps of the process.

If you already have an account and a new password, enter your e-mail address and password here and click 'log in'.

Once logged in, you can book your tickets!
