NTGent confirms collaboration with Julian Hetzel, director of "provocative masterpiece" selected for Theatertreffen

NTGent is proud to announce its future collaboration with Julian Hetzel, the highly acclaimed German artist and theatre director.

Earlier this year, Three Times Left is a Right, the latest piece by Hetzel, was selected for Berliner Theatertreffen as one of the ten most remarkable performances of the season in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. The expert jury labelled it "a provocative masterpiece". 

Hetzel's brand new show CRTL+C will premiere in spring 2027, leaving a distinct mark on our upcoming new season. "We are proud to be able to collaborate with an internationally acclaimed theatre like NTGent," Hetzel says. "The collaboration marks an exciting new chapter for Studio Julian Hetzel. It allows us to expand the scale and the artistic, technical and international reach of our work."
